Health and Wellness Associates manage these sensitive departments with a higher level of product knowledge and customer care than general sales floor roles, helping shoppers navigate vitamin recommendations, OTC medication options, first aid selections, and personal care products in aisles where customers often have specific health concerns driving their purchases.

Position Overview

Walmart is hiring Health and Wellness Associates to manage the OTC pharmacy, vitamins, supplements, personal care, and cosmetics departments at Supercenter and Neighborhood Market locations. You will stock health and wellness products, assist customers with OTC medication and supplement questions, maintain organized department presentation, and ensure compliance with regulated product display requirements including behind-the-counter pseudoephedrine tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock OTC pharmacy, vitamin, supplement, personal care, and cosmetics shelves maintaining full availability and proper product placement.
• Assist customers navigating OTC medication options, vitamin selections, and personal care products with helpful, non-diagnostic guidance.
• Process behind-the-counter pseudoephedrine sales following Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act compliance procedures.
• Maintain cosmetics testers, display cases, and fragrance counters in clean, organized, and theft-resistant condition.
• Manage health and wellness department price changes, clearance markdowns, and seasonal promotional display transitions.

Qualifications & Benefits
