Fuel Station Attendants manage these outdoor kiosks, processing fuel transactions, maintaining pump cleanliness, monitoring safety systems, and assisting customers with payment issues at one of the most independently operated positions in the Walmart ecosystem.

Position Overview

Walmart is hiring Fuel Station Attendants to operate the on-site gas station at Supercenter locations equipped with fuel pumps. You will process fuel transactions at the kiosk register, maintain pump island cleanliness, monitor fuel safety systems, and assist customers with pump operation and payment questions. This is a primarily outdoor position with significant independent work time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process fuel transactions at the kiosk register including cash, credit, debit, and fleet card payments.
• Monitor fuel pump operations and safety systems including emergency shutoff awareness and spill prevention protocols.
• Maintain pump island cleanliness including squeegee stations, trash receptacles, and concrete surface cleaning.
• Assist customers with pump operation questions, payment errors, and receipt requests at the fuel kiosk.
• Conduct daily fuel station opening and closing procedures including register reconciliation and safety equipment checks.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 18+ years of age for fuel station register and safety system operation. No prior gas station or retail experience required. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
