A Timeline of Your Floor Day
- 8:00 AM - Zone Readiness & Huddle: Arrive at the store and join a brief, positive in-person huddle with your team lead. You will deploy to the Apparel section, quickly sweeping the aisles to ensure the department is clean, safe, and beautifully presented for early shoppers.
- 10:00 AM - Visual Merchandising: Execute the heavy lifting of retail fashion. You will unpack new inventory, perfectly fold graphic tees, arrange mannequins according to seasonal guidelines, and ensure all clothing racks are sized sequentially.
- 1:00 PM - Fitting Room Hospitality: Manage the fitting room area. You will warmly greet customers, assign rooms, and meticulously sort discarded clothing back onto hangers, ensuring the area remains a pristine, welcoming environment.
